Turning "S" off I was able to install the programs. I had to go to my Microsoft account and turn off the "S" setting which is meant to keep viruses off my laptop. Microsoft assumed these programs may not be safe. When I downloaded Reolink app, it wouldn't install. Windows 11 would not run my photo shop, printer app, Sony music recording software. It would not let me run some of my apps I had on my old computer I transferred from a hard drive. I bought a new laptop three weeks ago, Windows 11, 21H2.
